Congratulations!  We are thrilled to help answer your questions and walk alongside you through these newborn days. 

It is crucial when choosing a pediatric practice for your children that you have given careful consideration to the fit between the practice philosophies and your own. After all, we hope to be in this relationship for many years! We put serious emphasis and value on shared decision making and mutual respect. Please read the following carefully and fill out the form below if you feel we may be aligned with your needs and wants.  

This form is not a commitment but does give us your contact info so we can be prepared for your visit. 

The prevention of disease through vaccination is one of the single greatest public health achievements of the last century. We follow the CDC's Recommended Child and Adolescent Immunization Schedule. We are not the right fit if you are not interested in vaccinating your child. 

After the baby is born, a hospitalist pediatrician will see your baby while inpatient. Prior to coming home, either the hospital team or you will call to set up your first appt. If after hours or on weekends, please leave a message and Courtney will return your call within an hour.
