It is crucial when choosing a pediatric practice for your children that you have given careful consideration to the fit between the practice philosophies and your own. After all, we hope to be in this relationship for many years! We put serious emphasis and value on shared decision making and mutual respect. Please read the following carefully and fill out the form below if you feel we may be aligned with your needs and wants.
We are currently (Fall 2024) on a waitlist except for newborns and colleague referrals. Please fill out the application below after reading about us. We will contact you within a month if we are able to accept you.
Courtney is very focused on having a longstanding relationship with your family. As the only provider in this practice, you will see her every single time. We love our mutual relationship and look forward to growing with your family.
The prevention of disease through vaccination is one of the single greatest public health achievements of the last century. We follow the CDC's Recommended Child and Adolescent Immunization Schedule. We are not the right fit if you are not interested in vaccinating your child.
We pride ourselves in building a relationship with you and your child. We expect to see your child for their yearly well child checks. In order for us to be able to stay participating with your insurance, these check-ups are required.
Antibiotics are a wonderful tool when they are indicated. We follow up-to-date, evidence based guidelines when prescribing antibiotics and do not call in over the phone. You will thank us one day when an antibiotic is indicated and it works because it has not been overused.
Because we invest so much into our relationship with you, we try to know your family's healthcare history and your values well. We ask that you discuss care plans with us first before scheduling a specialist appointment so that we can help coordinate your care. Please request that a report be sent to our office when you do see a specialist.
We provide you with 24/7/365 on call service as much as humanly possible. In doing so, after hours calls are reserved for those that cannot wait until the office is open. Otherwise, please message via the Patient Portal or call during office hours for questions and appointment scheduling. We may bill your insurance for phone advice.
Our hours:
Monday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Tuesday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Wednesday 8:00AM-12:30PM
Thursday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Friday 8:00AM-12:30PM
Our office is closed on most federal holidays and some days around major holidays. We are closed some teacher workdays (Fall Break and Spring Break) so we can take time with our families as well.
We expect that you will effectively confirm your appointment via automated reminders. If you are unable to make an appointment or are running behind, we request your respectful notification. If your family misses 3 appointments without 24 hours notice, you will need to seek a different healthcare practice.
